Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our client As a key member of our Salesforce development team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and scalable solutions that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Lightning components
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce implementations
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Lead Salesforce Developer with a deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Lightning Component Developer) preferred
