We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead Developer / Technical Lead. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design, develop, test, and deploy advanced solutions that meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
- Collaborative Solution Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements and product specifications into innovative solutions.
- High-Level Client Interaction: Engage with senior leaders in client organizations, providing support and working with engineering teams to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise: Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver effective solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend strategies for internal process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Market Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends to develop and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in a senior role with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (formerly ExactTarget).
- Technical Proficiency: At least 5 years of experience with HTML, CSS, responsive email design, CRM, and email coding.
- Salesforce Tools: 3+ years of experience working with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification is highly desirable.
- Cloud Ecosystems: Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP is an advantage
- Data Model Configuration: Extensive experience configuring the SFMC Data Model in Contact Builder or Salesforce Data Cloud
- Web Development: Experience creating Cloud Pages for landing pages, forms, surveys, and dynamic content capture.
- Testing and Optimization: Familiarity with A/B testing for email and mobile, and platforms like Litmus or Email on Acid.
- Mobile Marketing Implementation: Experience with MobileConnect, Mobile Push, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- Data and Intelligence Tools: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly Datorama) and familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud for Marketing is a plus.
