As a senior Salesforce Commerce Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing sophisticated Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions. Your role involves partnering with business stakeholders to understand their needs and transforming those insights into innovative technical strategies. You’ll lead the development team through every phase of the project, ensuring that solutions adhere to best practices and are designed for long-term scalability and growth. Your expertise will be key in enhancing our eCommerce capabilities and driving strategic business outcomes.
The Role:
- Architect and design Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- Guide the complete implementation process, from initial requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
- Engage closely with business stakeholders to interpret their requirements, provide strategic guidance on Salesforce features, and ensure that technical solutions align with overall business goals.
- Offer technical mentorship to the development team, enforcing best practices and guiding junior team members.
- Oversee integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring smooth and efficient data exchange across platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Highly adverse in Salesforce architecture and development, with a minimum of 2 enterprise projects focused on Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
- Strong expertise in software development and systems integration.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
- Extensive knowledge of eCommerce principles and industry standards.
- Ability to effectively present technical solutions to global leadership, ensuring alignment across international teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
